If the company has indicated to you that Nick et al is over there for the exhibition that would be a massive negative in my books. This may be before your time, but Nick went to two expos in Amsterdam (allegedly flying first class) to drum up business. The body works "deal" was the closest thing to a positive which came out of his business trip, which was an announcement so dodgy it was queried by the asx within 24 hours and resulted in TV2s long suspension... only to never be heard of again. I would be very concerned if the CEO was on an all expenses paid "business" trip to Vegas at a time when capital is very precious and all available resources (time and money) should be invested into closing the two mature deals at a very critical juncture for the company.
