FDA approved device are used by lots of hospital, this validated AXP has great product. however it's not profitable in this stage. why?
“The Board believes that bringing on a new CEO at this time will help drive the business in this next phase, including refining and improving the effectiveness of our sales model while achieving operating cost efficiencies to reduce our quarterly cash burn and provide a clearer path to profitability." this clearly explained why and how to go to the right direction. so the management team changes is actually a great news for me to improve sales and make it profitable. the big dip of SP seems for me a manipulation to get shares from retailers at 18 cents range. great product is fundamental, when we have new CEO who is strong in sales, we will see a quick changes.
I see this ANN a positive news and a turning point for AXP. it's a great buy at this low price.
