i phoned a telephone today & at least someone answered the phone & talked to me (however could not provide any useful information at this stage)

prior to listing, the insiders had 900 million shares

after listing, there were 917,534,500 shares

at 2 June 2017 , the insiders held at least 876,828,609 shares

after 2 June 2017, 5,415,145 shares traded therefore insiders held at least 871,413,464 shares

therefore, there are between 40,705,891 and 46,121,036 shares held be non-insiders

at most, $2.3 million can buy these shares back for 5 cents each

Owner hold 730 mil shares, the rest. 187 mil shares is held by non insider.

When trading stop, oil price was at $45, it is now $67 per barrel.

I expect at least asset backing of 12 cents per share.

Now it is just a matter of how we can get access to the money..
