I really agree with your comments Ajl. I think that it was designed to apppease shareholders who did not participate in the capital raising but at the same time, provide a means to get some extra cash in the bank. My understanding is that currently, quite a few shareholders are accepting despite the fact that the shareprice is trading at or around strike. But everything changes once FDA clearance is attained, the US market will become most lucrative since urine tests are currently used only because no orally based product has yet to receive FDA validation. As mentioned previously, through a process of default, the SBN Oraline product will effectively become the benchmark for oral drug testing throughout the developed world. It is fair to say that the SBN sales pipeline will assume a new dynamic once this happens. The potential is massive irrespective of what happens in the broader market! SBN has completed its vendor commitment and to its production facility both in the States and China.It is debt free ( a good thing in this current tight credit market) and now has cash in the bank that from all indications will be enough to see them into a positive cashflow position.
