sbn has retained the right to scale back applications - so depending on takeup of the offers - sbn will allocate subscribers a number of shares up to the maximum of the offer they choose to take up. *In the event that applications exceed what is required they will simply allocate what they can to you and refund the remaining application money.

All is outlined in the terms "In the event that applications are scaled back then all applications made under any offer category will be scaled back on a pro rata basis and Sun Biomedical will refund the excess application
money (without interest)."
