    Because management fail to keep to promised timelines ...

    PGM were 180 when gold was at $805 .... gold now $905 and PGM are at 122.5 .... that horrific underperformance is entirely due to management not meeting the markets expected and anticipated timelines ... poor poor effort. They need to PULL FINGER !!!!!!!!!!
