@Richie2013 - novel idea with the no vote list but a dumb question from me to you. Why are you looking for 10% of issued capital ? 10% will do you nothing unless its a traditional takeover offer. This is not going to be such an animal. It will likely require above 75% of shares voted and also 25% of total shareholders (no of people) voting to be passed.
So you need to either target 25% holding (assuming everybody votes, which will never happen) or something like 15,000 shareholders (again assuming everyone votes, which will never happen either).
Sorry to burst your bubble but 15-20% may get you there - or a solid few thousand shareholders. MIN are aware of this as you should read I think section 3.6 of the Implementation Deed (the headcount test).
