Rival groups protesting over the treatment of white farmers in South Africa have clashed outside the Perth office of Foreign Minister Julie Bishop.
The Australian Liberty Alliance and other right-wing supporters delivered a petition on Friday calling for a special refugee visa category for the farmers, carrying banners that read "let the right ones in".
But left-wing protesters held up signs that read "fight racism" and shouted: "Nazi scum! Off our streets!"
Police initially provided a barrier between the vocal groups, but the right-wing protesters had to cross the street to deliver their petition, which resulted in some pushing.
A police spokeswoman told AAP there were no arrests or move on notices issued, and it was "a very peaceful and respectful protest".
Right-wing activist Avi Yemini told the crowd the farmers needed Australia's help.
"As Australians, we should be able to decide which immigrants we want to bring here, which immigrants are going to integrate into our society," he said.
"The data tells us that white South Africans, who are being persecuted right now in their homeland, will integrate perfectly."
A march in support of white farmers was held in Perth last Sunday, with speakers including conservative Liberal MP Andrew Hastie.
