Imo the Chinese Govt has an agenda to clean up their environment. RF is their way forward. If the Chinese want to achieve something they will usually find a way.
RF has put himself in an amazing position and we have the opportunity to get our little piece if it.
If tech proves up in both minerals and water we could be in for quite a ride imo. Of course we are not there yet. Time will tell. Minimum 5 years i believe.
