    Ann in Proactive has Blackstone offering $508mil ( down from AMA's value of $530mil as stated in TOP'S latest update of holdings) what confuses me is why so high? AMA whole M/Cap is $530mil as of close fri 13th.how can they hive off the ACAD for an amount equal to the whole entity?
