As promised, the response by SBN to Tallmantims post yesterday regarding legislation for saliva based testing processes is as follows:

"At present, there is no law that allows nor disallows the use of saliva as the testing mechanism. The mandated segment of the market (Federal and State Government Employees) is urine and is unlikely to change until an FDA cleared device is available. Therefore, the comapny's focus to achieve the FDA certification is paramount which then enables the additional avenues to be pursued."
