there have been ongoing concerns about safety on this site. i dont know the full details about this accident but it is a requirement that a spotter is used on the ground but sometimes they miss what is going on and dont see everything.
the pressure to keep the deadline has been too much for some and money flowing from twiggy has dried up.
on top of that steel hasnt arrived on site and the screen building isnt strong enough and needs additional steel to strengthen it.
its not a happy site.
