They have appointed Argonaut, I think I recall specifically their Hong Kong office but maybe wrong on that, to advise MYL on financing options. You would imagine it will be equity or possibly a convertible note which is quasi debt/equity to large Asian based Hedge funds would be my best guess. As I understand it they need govt approval before exercising the option so I expect they are very close to receiving and announcing that then will proceed to complete financing and then exercise option by May 21. If my understanding is incorrect, more than happy to be corrected.
