Oxxa23 - I disagree - I do not believe MNS has been 'ripped a new one'. I do however believe they need to clarify the statement.
IMO I think it is most concerning for ANY company, business, etc. located within Tanzania and the sovereign risk that is inherently present. Any discrepancies between Companies and Tanzania Government at present increases the risk profile of the country substantially - especially when there are hundreds/thousands of mining applications awaiting approval...
Will be interesting how MNS respond - albeit IMO I believe this conflict in information is hurting any investment in the country as a whole and investors would be very vary of how this government treats it foreign investors.
