I am not sure if ACM ever sold any shares or not. The reason for my skepticism about ACM selling is that there is no absolute proof of it, and ACM would be acting against ASX rules if they sold and didn't report it to the exchange (since they are a major holder of CUV).
But from your original post, it sounded like you were saying it was an ACM company report that said they are not selling shares. But, it appears that December report was some tip sheet report? Bioshares?

Good to see more discussion about the company here. Also there is more discussion about CUV on the other major board. So, interest levels appear to be picking up.
It is significant that we are holding at .40 right now (so far). We were locked in the .31 to .34 range for about 5 weeks or so. So at least there is some movement. This thing had been dead money for quite some time.
