Nope... No protection for share holders. It's BS that holders are the last ones in line.
Your options are:
- Wait for relisting
- Wait until CMY gets delisted after being suspended for 3 years (I read they were changing that to 2 years but don't know when)
- Find some sucker to buy your shares off market
- You can 'sell' your shares at delisted.com.au for the pupose of claiming a capital gains loss.
