@gum boots, after reading the public notice a couple times, I find it to be incredibly positive and very uplifting.
I wish to thank the original poster for finding this and for posting it. The public notice mentions that the Nachu SEZ allows for the processing of ore 3 times and raw graphite once!!!
This clarifies what some of the less researched had previously failed to grasp, that the SEZ is for the processing of ore!!! Meaning that ore dug out of the ground is naturally subject to normal Tanz mining laws and regulations, while all processing from ore to lithium ion battery product falls under the SEZ.
The public notice indicates that socia media in their excitement have miss understood and have not reported correctly. This is not the fault of Magnis and I think it’s great that the government has gone to lengths to set the record straight and highlight the distinction between the mining of ore and the processing of this to end product and it’s export.
