To be honest with you Mr Steve , I lived there for many many years ( around 13 ) and it was a fantastic spot , very underrated ..Im certain you already know that . Many a time in those days I would walk the 4.8k from the centre of Frankston back to the house in the middle of the night / morning , never ever had any trouble , truly the people around were great .

The tennants for the past about 2.5 years , certainly dont sell drugs although they could do with a jog around the block , okey so they are all over weight ! But they have been good tennants , just trying to the best for their kids , like your parents and my parents Im sure both tryed . Probably wouldn't be interested in debating you on your property or stock market views .

And without them asking , I had all the externals painted and put up new Block out sun blinds for the summer . I try to keep good people , try to do my best for them .
