Shorts are not the issue here IMO. Suspect it is those that bought in the 20's & 30's have decided they can't stomach further losses which is fair enough given everyone has different objectives.
No doubt it is disappointing but having 2 suspensions this year, irrespective of the comprehensive responses provided, is likely to have shaken the confidence of many investors.
As Dave stated early in the year, this year is all about 'execution'
