    Its a delaying tactic. I remembered First Quantum selling kevitsa mine for 720 million.
    The sale was swift. It was announced publicly and settled. The banks cant delay, they only
    Have to process the funds right?.. Anyway I dont know how they do the sale transaction
    But for fs , a year to finalize. Why cant they make it public like kevitsa sale for Quantum.
    Why in secrecy?
