I doubt very much Immuron will take up the first offer that comes their way.
This is the time to weigh up the pros & cons before making any hasty decisions.

That is yet to be played out and I doubt Immuron would accept an early takeover offer without knowing what lays ahead for the Topline results for IMM-529 for the treatment of CDI.
That will not be available until 1st Quarter next year.

As I have said before, JV or partner.
But not a T/O.

Too early in the game for the amount of upside to be played out over the course of the next couple of years.

Why settle for crumbs when there is far more at the table?

I think the board realises that as well.
