it's the level of debt guys thats the problem here... not to mention whats the first thing that happens when the economy goes down? services & retail drop....stella's results might reflect the last few months & over the holiday period but it certainly might not be a good indicator of whats to come.....

2 investment services firm btw has reported lower profits than expected now.

also who cares what the analysts thinks......remember these are the same people who has 1. recommended rams 2. bought into centro when it was at a high price. trust yourself & your gut instincts rather than believe in other people who has obviously got a financial self interest in the matter.
