I'm the last person to be an apologist for this management for their lack of information to their shareholders , but, putting it into context, I'm (just) following a lithium producer in Argentina with a market cap of $1.3 billion with their shares jumping over 250% in 7 months and you should read their forum, blaming their recent SP drop on, you guessed it, blaming management for lack of information!
HC is promoting a new gold explorer's IPO this morning which will probably be years away from cash flow @ 20 cents per share. I know where I rather be spending my 20 cents, buying FIFTY LNY shares.

What could STOP gold mining and production of that 380,000 Ounces of gold from Agate Creek?

The TOs have stated that there are no "sacred site" or environmental issues and the mill operator says that they are ready to go. The ONLY "obstacle" that I can see is all about management's skills in negotiating and closing the deal, not the TOs, the DNRM or the mill.
