    MR has +30% of SOI.

    He also has a stack of oppies, which are due to expire in August.

    I think there a difference between "Ceasing Substantial Notice", "Change in Substantial Holdings", and "Becoming a Substantial Holder Notice".... not sure about the rules.... the bulk of MR's changes happened about 5-6 months (as per the average prices).... its a good 5.5 mill shares... which is a good 2.5% of SOI.... that is alot.

    Anyone know the rules?
