It's a lot cheaper for the company raising capital like this than the cost of issuing a prospectus etc...and also quicker.
I just tried ringing Justin Brownto find out if we're to get some drill results out before the placement but unfortunately He's out in the field until Friday. I tried His mobile but not able to get a connection.
I then spoke to James Middleweek from Cunningham Securities.
He thought we might get some results before the raising takes place and said it was for sophisticated investors.
Said He would get back to me if He can do anything.
