Break even is not $35 pbo...... 10% IRR at ~ $35 according to CNE
34% IRR at $60.
Can't speak for other companies but this field is going to be very profitable over a very long period of time and will be economical in oil prices where most will go broke.
According to mandurahs excellent post I believe pay back will be in the order of 2 years.....
