    One of the most core points I was trying to elude to is this.

    People have concerns about OBJ,
    People extensively complain about OBJ,
    People talk of wanting things to change with OBJ,
    People talk of what MUST change with OBJ,
    ..... But the vast majority of those people are not doing a damn thing to bring about any change with OBJ.

    -People can post on Facebook all they want->people will just laugh about it and it changes nothing.
    -People can post on Twitter all they want-> people will just laugh about it and it changes nothing.
    -People can post on Other forums sites all they want, people will just laugh about it and it changes nothing.
    -People can post on HC all they want->people will just laugh about it and it changes nothing.
    -People can stomp on, smash, belittle and just plain destroy OBJ verbally in the community-> people will just laugh about it and it changes nothing.

    Complaint, concerns, demands and the like are all just forum garbage right now.
    I say that not in opposition to them, but in the literal sense -> They get posted, read, argued, left, archived, forgotten, deleted-AKA garbage bin.

    Whats a good example of this?:
    There is 14 post i n this thread i can see, prob a lot more that I cant.
    I exclude my own posts and there is 3, just 3 which can be interpreted as "change" orientated. I.e The posts identify a problem, and indicate a future action to be taken to address it. I.e Those 3 posts see and or define a problem,  provide a solution, and they provide a way to enact the solution. All other posts, even some good information, will be forgotten garbage by the end of the week, they just become a lost voice in the "rabble, rabble, rable" chant.

    If people have a problem with OBJ revenue, board, operations, comms or anything else, then posting about it WITHOUT a solution and WITHOUT an action plan achieves nothing toward the change. People might as well yell at the wall.

    If people want change it requires two things.

    1 - Provide a solution to every problem. If people have got a complaint - suggest a fix.
    2 - Do something with it.

    Otherwise this is where people end up.


    So whats the point of this post?
    Identify a problem:
    -- Most people are all heavy talk but with no solution, certainly no action, and yet are totally unaware this, instead falsely believing they are contributing to something.
    Solution and Action:
    -- Demonstrate the obvious pointlessness for posters who fit in the above, allowing them to recognise why their posts are literally in the HC garbage cycle->"posted, read, argued, left, archived, forgotten, deleted/garbage bin."
    -- Provoke community though on the problem, and encourage future solutions from it.
    -- Provide an avenue which allows their voices to go beyond the HC cycle, and create change -> by referring people back to the original Idea of a community driven, co-ordinated, centralized way of providing feedback to the Company in a way that can affect change. -->An idea which behind the scenes is now moving toward reality.
