Did Louis think that his relatively upbeat 'hockey stick' webinar was enough to quell any doubts about the resolutions? He wouldn't be that naive would he? I am dumfounded that he thinks SH would accept the resolutions lock, stock and barrel based purely on his words that BRN has potential. He needs to think again and the BOD needs to WITHDRAW the resolutions.
