No conspiracy with the drilling part. Just an inadequate rig for the job. Dead simple. PRL converted a service rig on the cheap to a drill rig. That was the problem from day 1. I stated this and was shot down.
Hitting a fault happens. No biggie.
Dont blame the drillers.
The blame lies 100% in DCs lap. Hes accountable.
