Deal was mooted for Nov/Dec and still not to be advised despite technical certification a few months ago

main chance is theyve been confirming numbers/undertaking requirements of both sides and have either reached an agreement or decided not to partner.

Agree the TH would likely be to ensure either that no info leaks prematurely - and if proceeding probably any revenue assumptions are incorporated into a revised 3 year min/max guidance in line without triggering another asx 'i cant do math' spasm.
