Roguetrader - I should have clarified... I know they would have bought in pre-demerger (and own ADY and RLL). But they are not investors buying it for the reasons everyone else is...
They are paying 45c/share and would own around 7% so they have a supply of Iron Ore, and so that ADY are not selling it to their competitors.
I can't see a steel manufacturer buying the stake to have exposure to a lithium company (obviously this is all specualtion until an announcement is released anyway)
