They won't get their 50%. They have their 32% and at best will get to maybe 37%. Most of the fools have taken their offer. This has been great for FAS who have proven up nothing so far to have around 1/3 stake in GWR. They are now literally pains in the butt for GWR. They have very high voting power and due to all the usual lazy sods that don't vote FAS will have major influence. However, GWR has the money to get through the next year or more so shouldn't be a problem until then.
