yeah well I disagree with a lot of this stuff people keep going on about regarding book value.
"book value" only makes sense for asset holding entities - like a pure property trust or an LIC like Argo, AFI etc.
it makes bugga all sense for an entity running a business - go look up the book value of Woolworths and you will see it is only worth about 2 dollars a share book value.
