As you say you have 20 years of work left, aand then you have your years of retirement.
Let's say you have 35- 40 years to really benefit from your investments.
Then you very probably will and good luck to you. I hope you do.
But quite a few here, particularly the ones who have borrowed to buy and indeed the older ones like myself, don't have the ability (if indeed they have the wish) to hold that long.
Perhaps what's good for the goose may not be quite right for the gander.
