This might sound a bit silly , or I mightbe a bit tired but ?
We know X or ex MIM owns it but the deal looks stinking confusing with buying of companies ,dillution of shares , exercising of options , raising of cash , subject to the grass leaning the right direction etc .
Could someone ease my little brain fade and explain the deal simply ? benefits and negatives please ?
