    @saracenm - the recent scheme of arrangement for AOH was a "unfair but reasonable" call. Unfortunately I have seen many others as the definition of reasonable is extraordinarily wide..... so a bid at say 40% of the independent valuation can be reasonable according to the experts. I would call it robbery.

    Also can I once again ask people to stop thinking 10% vote against this deal will work - it won't. This is a scheme of arrangement, not a normal takeover where the 90% level leads to a compulsory acquisition. They need 75% of all votes (shares) cast and also 50% of all voters (shareholders). If they get 76% of shares voted and 51% of voters then the deal is done.

    If this offer is to be voted down, you need to get all the small holders voting against it as its a pure numbers game.... total number of shares will be irrelevant.
