    Very vague statement . Really it says nothing about nothing.Hey im interested in talking to you at some stage. Re disclosure: they don't have to release who? due to sensitive nature of discussions!

    AGM would IMO be better off releasing one/some independent valuations. If the company is valued at a higher price so be it!
