I don't want to spoil the party.

Yes it was a good detailed announcement, hopefully it encourages them to be more forthright in the future when communicating such matters to the ASX. Personally I was a little surprised the ASX didn't want more clarity around the cash amounts etc given the debate that was held on here at the time as to what it actually meant, but there you go.

The first point people seem to be missing is that the Turkish government has to give its approval (currently scheduled for end of April 2018) without it, it will be a massive problem to move forward. So I wouldn't get to excited until that bit is confirmed first of all.

Once that's confirmed they'll be able to progress things much more smoothly.

Aktay are obviously really keen on the potential of this deal, having a sales team of 20 for the product is a considerable undertaking and shows great confidence in it.

Dataflex if you stop for a minute & think about it, sadly isn't ready for launch yet.

How come, well there's been no iOS update of the product yet, nor has there been a single announcement stating that X company's that having been allowed to trial the product for months/years now have moved to paying mode, ie live revenue generating mode.

You might even be wondering why Turkey has ended up at the head of the queue, the simple reason is that Aktay have agreements with the 3 major telco players in the country therefore virtually all employees will be on one of those 3 networks, whereas in the USA (as far as is public knowledge) Syntonic only have 2 of them onboard.

So Country coverage has to be a key in moving Dataflex forward in other countries around the world.

To earn that 3rd milestone they need to have signed up 50 company's in the next 11 weeks, so we've now talking about signing 1 new company to Dataflex every business day from the 23rd of April to the 6th of July.

Its going to be a very busy 11 weeks that's for sure (both work wise & announcement wise).

Personally I wish they had waited to make yesterday's announcement until they had issued the March quarterly report, since the numbers are going to be underwhelming to say the least.
