No not guaranteed. I can think of a number of ways they would not see the $5mill, I explained some of those previously. The $5mil is guaranteed when its in the bank, no sooner. If no, or very few sales, I can almost guarantee they will not see $5mill. It all comes down to sales. That's the most important thing, not any perceived guaranteed $5mill.
