Christ.. how is anyone to see you as reputable if you keep denying this?

Easy. I've been in business and seen many 'guaranteed' contracts disappear in thin air. Seen it many times on the ASX as well. Think about it. What ways can you think a start-up business might end up not honouring an agreement if sales don't happen and no revenue is earned?

There is only ONE guarantee, and that's when the money is in the BANK. Even then it's not a guarantee, I was once involved in an attempt by a liquidator to get money back claiming preferential payment. Yes it's the harsh world of business where the law isn't always what it seems.
