Hi Knight, I am pleased to see the company has finally responded, I personally believe that a response was warranted whenever they first became aware of the public announcement by the authorities which stated "some elements of formal and social media have published information and circulated reports with information that grossly distorted and total misrepresented the facts regarding the legal mandate"

We even had holders on here calling for a announcement to clarify on the Monday, refer Post from @Slogger

Though I note he quickly changed his stance when a non holder agreed with him, that being me.

So given this level of misinformation was out in the market place since at least 12th April according to the Tanzanian Authorities I fail to understand why it has taken so long for an attempt to address it by the company.

It's also good to see shareholders contacting the company to seek clarification on any concerns they have, perhaps an indication of the level of confusion out in the market that was caused by the Tanzanian authority announcement, at least in that section that were aware of the Tanzanian public announcement.

I note the response only seems to be critical of social media, but without social media we would have been unaware of the these gross distortions and misrepresentations, so perhaps a more balanced approach would have been good, perhaps praising the role of social media in bringing this clarification by the Tanzanian Authorities to our attention before any other medium did so.

I also note the response doesn't seem to address the issue of formal media and what steps the company is taking to correct any misrepresentations etc that were published in formal media channels. Though perhaps I missed it in the announcement, if so can you kindly point it out.

Anyway some other good information in the announcement, so I am off to have another read of it.
