That do state that this is an EXTREMELY high risk story and should CER fail to secure long term financing they may face bankruptcy. They key is long term financing. With another $600m plus of assets coming due over the next 12 mths if they can't shore up long term finance it maybe all over red rover. Has the market overreacted to CER exposure to CNP debts - i dont know. Im very tempted to invest but waiting on the sidelines for the moment.
