personally I can see nothing has changed fundamentally from when AMP said that they would be doubling their sp in 5 yrs. This is by no means to be taken as gospel but there is no change other than market sentiment given reason to why the sp should be almost $2 below where it was mid december. Once citigroup and m lynch losses have been absorbed by the market and everyone has managed to calm down sufficiently, there should be a wave of buying into oversold stocks and this will be one of them in my opinion.
I do believe that by easter, or just after, the sp will have recovered and those who bought on the dip will be smiling.
