When share price goes north management are the best and need to be praised

When share price goes south many start to defame the men working hard behind the scenes trying to make BLK succeed.

If one understands with sound knowledge the process of gold mining in particulars the BLK JORC then the realisation that money was only going to be made once a certain depth was achieved.... regardless of who was running the show.

Some mines have high grade ore within the surface and go broke at depth with BLK its the opposite.

I would like praise Dixon for all his hard work and effort. He has contributed alot and given many opportunities for holders to trade and invest. Much money has been spent removing over burden and many promised goals have been achieved.... some have lost and some have won and let the good times begin.

The only facts that have changed are BLK is now cash flow positive and working on being debt free. So maybe take responsibility of your own wealth instead of blaming and defaming others.
