I see your point but I contend that all these "world class minds" charge by the hour where the shortseller is paid for delivering an outcome.

That makes all the difference doesn't it.

I agree fraud hasn't been proven in a court of law, I argue that this is a very high and practically useless standard for investors. Lots and lots of billable hours in there for everyone to waffle on about it.

There's no mob shouting here, only me and my opinions are well reasoned and worth considering.

If you want to dispute them, tell me why rather than discredit the forum (effectively another ad hominem). Easier for most people to play the man when they can't play the ball.

I recall the 70 lawyers looking through the books in the Macquarie research, I thought that's interesting. But unless I review the books it's useless, just someone else's opinion I can't independently verify.
