Andrew has confirmed that the company’s interpretation (of the export ban) is consistent with mine. Like I said, this is a non-issue.
To be honest Names, I don’t believe a formal clarification from us is required, though I do expect that a few companies may contact the ASX regarding point 6 of Magnis’ announcement and suggest that they provide clarification on this point. This has not come from Andrew or the company, this is my own personal view.
