Yes but that is also the reason the supply deficit is unlikely to resolve quickly and prices continue to rise. The fact that there are only three major players and barriers to entry are high makes for good pricing power. No doubt a lot of juniors will fail but if they have the highest quality ore and good location they may be worth a lot.
