re: silence is golden..(for blackoil) There is absolutley no reason at all why GDN can't confirm that the due dillgence has been undertaken to the satisfaction of Easton unless of course it hasn't been. I reckon there is a problem with the deal and GDN's failure to inform the market is simply a ploy to buy more time and find another buyer salvage the Easton deal. They are probably waiting to announce all of this with the HJ results. Either way GDN are sailing very close to the wind at the minute and could shortly be punished in a big way for this type of disclosure failure.
