They are all guessing, alright.
I am told, this morning's first rush was from standing orders ex USA who STAYED and did not trade out. If this continues tomorrow morning, I'd say we are looking at 11+ to start with and where it will end, is anyone's guess. As I accurately predicted this afternoon, at the end of such a day it depends on 'stayers' or 'traders'.
