BDG's production in mid 2006 relied on historical grades which were found to be much lower than expected so they stopped production to do more exploratory drilling
nothing to do with "continous sedimentary rocks" or "basalt systems" or lack of "diorite dykes"
the geology of Bendigo is much the same as I described at the beginning of this thread
